CENEGENICS CAROLINAS EARNS HONOR OF TOP CORPORATE FUNDRAISING TEAM FOR THE 2011 LOWCOUNTRY RACE FOR THE CURE
January 11, 2012, Charleston, S.C. - Cenegenics Carolinas, a preventive health and age management medical institute, today announced that their "Carolinas Cancer Crushers" team raised more than $6,000 for the 2011 Susan G. Komen Lowcountry Race for the Cure, solidifying the top fundraising position among the corporate category.
The Cenegenics Carolinas team was comprised of 52 patients, family members and friends, lead by Dr. Mickey Barber, CEO/CMO of Cenegenics Carolinas.
"Cenegenics Carolinas is honored to have earned the top corporate fundraising spot for the 2011 Race for the Cure," said Barber. "We couldn't be more proud to support such a great cause and we are pleased to have surpassed our original goal of $5,000. We are looking forward to supporting the Susan G. Komen organization and the fight against breast cancer next year and many years to come."
